We promise a rapid and quality service. There’s no warranty on the bin rental service. If we can’t drop the bin because your street is too small or crowded, then we’ll charge a $125 fee. We’ll credit the balance of the transaction. If your street is small, please call us. Please follow the City of Ottawa dumping rules and regulations. We have no credit policy. Every transaction is due at the time of invoicing. We cannot drop the bin on the street unless you have an encroachment permit. Do not overload the bin with garbage above the wall of the bin.
